Your response fits the only thing that has at least helped at all was every kind of physical movement from Physical Therapy, Massage Therapy, Accupuncture Therapy and every type of equipment that even helps passively like electrical stimulation, elliptical machine, treadmill etc

There are TENS, EMS, EPT foot massagers I am interested in buying in the next month or two. I take hot baths using the jets and a scrub bathbrush for an hour every AM and then rub a compounded gabapentin, lidocaine, NSAiD, topiramate cream when I get out oof the tub and my pores are the most open to take in the cream. That plus gabapentin 900 mg 3x a day has made the zapping/electrical/burning pain much better and now more numb. From my reading, the more you use and move your feet (ankle circles, back/forth, sideways the better.
