Thanks for the answer.
Why doesn’t she try Zoloft or another SSRI along with Wellbutrin. They work very well in combination and at one point they had a nickname “welloft”. Buspar could also give her more relief and clonazepam could help with anxiety.
I know there are “haters” out there regarding any benzodiazepines and yes I know they are addictive. That being said if you never increase your dosage and use them responsibly they can have a positive effect especially for those suffering from acute anxiety.
Many claim withdrawal is very difficult and it is but so is withdrawal from things such as alcohol, nicotine and sugar among other things. Some say withdrawal from nicotine is worth that withdrawal from heroin.
I recently talked to a nurse who gave up smoking and started vaping. She said because of the amount of nicotine that is in vaping it has been harder to quit vaping than it was to quit smoking.
If you have severe anxiety don’t rule out responsible use of a benzo. Unlike opioids I have never heard of someone dying from taking a benzo. Just be responsible and don't increase your dosage.
Good luck to you.

I agree about what you said that the benzo works very well with SSRI when used responsibly with a doctor.
But people including some pharmacists need to be educated more about it with the combination with other medicine. By many studies, the SSRI needs to be combined with Benzo.
But stigma about benzo use with the doctor administration and prescription needs to be changed.
