The first thing to address is which conditions are being treated by that medication combo? This combination is definitely known to cause dizziness. Depending on what conditions you have, there are several options that could reduce or eliminate the dizziness.

Thank you. The regimen prescribed by Cardiologist is to lower HBP only. Although effective to date (avg. 135/90) the dizziness/imbalance and lack of energy persists when active. Had Ultra-sounds for renal and carotid arteries. Both showed nothing remarkable, precluding any blockages contributing to symptoms. Any suggestions/ alternatives would be appreciated. 🙌
