My friend swear by Trintelix, She had been on it for a decade and different dosages. Started by itself 5 mg then 10 mg. Then her doctor increased it to 20 mg and her doctor added welbutrin 150 mg. The combination worked very well for almost 1 year.
Tapering off of it and takes only 150 wellbutrin for 2 months.
She started getting worse and the doctor put her on 300 mg for another 4 months without any antipderesent.
All the problems started especially her ringing of the ear. 2 ear specialist prescribed some xnaax and felt much better but stopped 6 weeks.

She started feeling better with taking Trintelix 20 mg, buspar15 mg and wellbutrin 300 for a while.
She felt better for six weeks, but had to reduce Trintelix to 10 mg bc it makes her not be able to cry when she needs to!
