When I take more than 400 milligrams of magnesium ( which I do nightly ) I spend a lot of my morning in the bathroom - just saying 😊
i started sleeping with a heating pad by my bed, when a cramp woke me up, I’d turn on the heating pad, loosely wrap around my calf, and could go back to sleep.
