I have Gerd too which also caused my Barrett’s esophagus I’m sure. My doctor prescribed 40mg of Omeprazole a day which helps control it. I always eat 2-3 hrs before bedtime if I don’t and sleep on my side here comes Gerd. You should talk with your doctor about maybe getting scoped? Best of luck to you!
