The Radiology Team tells me that flares are a relatively common side effect at least in the early injections. You are correct that I've had a variety of pains from the metastization and was using oxycodone prior to Pluvicto. After the first two flares, things calmed down so I hardly needed oxy. My last treatment was Friday and the flare was Tuesday/Wednesday. We'll see how it goes from here. Thanks for your thoughts

I am glad that your radiology team has verified that pain flares are a relatively common side effect of the early injections. Ask them whether they think the flares will subside or decrease in severity over the last three infusions, and whether there is anything they can do to minimize them. Sending good thoughts to you; let us know how it goes.
