I see that no one has answered you yet and thought I would weigh in. My husband had all six Pluvicto infusions in 2024. He never had severe pain flares after any infusion. I notice that you are taking oxycodone, and it sounds like you were already on it before you began Pluvicto, which suggests that you had preexisting pain of some kind. I think it would be sensible to ask the doctor treating your preexisting pain if Pluvicto could be causing the severe pain flares, and to also ask whoever has ordered your Pluvicto if he or she has any insights on what the connection might be.
