This is being done here in the states. Several people have posted on this site that they asked for and received a lower dosage because of their weight.
A frequent poster on here spoke about asking for a lower dose. Also, asking that the infusion be given more slowly. I requested that my Reclast infusion be given over a longer amount of time. I was accommodated.
