I have been taking Losartan 75mg divided per day. My previous peripheral neuropathy which was on bottom of feet for years has increased to include both feet and now in one year has spread to both calves past the ankles. Pain in both legs wakes me during the night and after 7-8 hours of wakeful sleep my legs hurt. I also use a CPAP with a setting of 12-15 as needed. I am also vegan and suspect Vit B12 deficiency. I am presently taking 2000mcg B12 sublingual as of two days ago. I eat a diet rich in PB Vit B6 but do not understand why the neuropathy has spread and is now painful especially when lying down. Should I inquire as to increased Vit B intake as a therapy?

Welcome @pnb12, Sorry to hear that the neuropathy pain has increased. I'm not sure how much vitamin B6 you are taking but it can cause neuropathy if you get too much and have B6 toxicity. I would always discuss supplements with your doctor before taking them as there can be interactions. Have you had your vitamin B levels checked with a blood test?
