Firmagon followed by Orgovyx is a great way to do it. The NCCN recommends staying on ADT for at least two years if you have a Gleason 9. Your doctor can recommend the best timing for you.

There is no way to predict what will happen in the future for somebody with a Gleason nine, Or even a Gleason seven. That’s the thing with prostate cancer. Everybody is different but with no spread at all, you have a great start. Getting on ADT should stop your cancer from growing, How long is unknown.

The PSMA Pet scan will give you a better idea of what your treatment could be And what is necessary?

I know people who are Gleeson nine that are a decade past surgery, One guy in particular came into the online meeting at Ancan.org And he had a reoccurrence after 30 years, Gleason 9. Other people with the Gleason nine have the cancer spread quickly,

Doctor told me ADT for 2 years but I was expecting she would say 3. 🙂
