Exactly my aura experience...Same visual ,same approximate time frame. I've learned from my research that this phenomenon is called Corticol Spreading Depression (or Depolarization).You may want to Google it-kinda fascinating.

This is great info. I have done, as we all have, a lot of reading about our condition but somehow I never came across this info. THANK YOU!!! I will be looking into this and if I have any ideas based on my own situation I’ll pass it along here.
