My brother had the same problem. He had one six months lupron shot And a year after the 6 months he still had hot flashes, not as many however.. Testosterone came back real slow, he was 77, a factor sometimes.

With Orgovyx you are supposed to get testosterone back much quicker, but it just varies all over the place it seems. I don’t remember how long you were on it, it is expected that testosterone comes back slower if you are on it longer. I’m not so sure about that rule after how relatively quickly it started coming back for me, after eight years of ADT. Also, after hearing different people talk/write about their testosterone recovery, the results aren’t consistent.

Did you get a testosterone test with your last PSA? I suppose you already have it added to your PSA schedule, so you at least see where you’re at regularly. Are you over 100 yet?
