Hello, I see your post was from a few years ago and wondering if you can shed light on any advancements in your health/treatment? I am 30 years old and was just diagnosed with LVNC but it is affecting my right as well. The research I have done has terrified me and you’re the only person I’ve seen be diagnosed around the age I am. Any advice?

I am not a medical professional, and am not familiar with left ventricular non-compaction. I did find an article by Mayo Clinic referencing one particular case of a 28 year old with positive news, “Ultimately, this patient was treated for heart failure and discharged with prescriptions for an angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitor, β-blocker, and diuretic.
