@gently, my understanding -- and I hope I am absolutely wrong! -- is that the risk of vertebral fracture with discontinuation of Prolia could occur as early as 7 months after the first shot. I would much rather believe that there's no repercussion if you stop after just one shot. Can you tell me who you spoke to at Amgen?

Everything I've read says that stopping after one shot is ok. The real issue is what you would do instead of take Prolia.
