Welcome @londonont, I'm not familiar with Arialuef but anything claiming to cure or stop neuropathy is a big red flag for me. While there are treatments that can provide some form of relief for neuropathy, there is no cure. The only caveat I know that can fix neuropathy is when a nerve may be compressed and you can find a treatment/surgery that reliefs the compression on the nerve. It sounds like you are not sure of a cause or diagnosis. Have you seen a doctor or neurologist for the burning symptoms?
