I am a 68 year old male that retired a little over a year ago and just a month before retirement I received my first Reclast infusion and do not plan on ever getting another! I have had constant pain in both shoulders, left foot and nausea off and on to this day! I will always express, if I had my days to live over, I would not have this infusion. When I was a youth I was diagnosed with Rickets and malnutrition; this must be the culprit for the low bone density. I’m starting to have less and less confidence I physicians that just think it’s ok to push medication and not knowing 100% what some of the potential side effects can be! I do go to physical therapy biweekly and it seems to help a little; just staying as physical as I can!
