Maria and all. I agree about the lungs. I had a bone marrow transplant April 9th of 2024 and at 1 yr post, there are a number of tests for 'survivorship". One was for breathing. You go in the clear box where you sit down, and they have you breathe in an apparatus. The gentleman has been doing this for decades he said. He also said my test results were very good. I had a consistent even breathing pattern. I think I do not breath deep enough or expel air fast enough and he says the results show good control.
I do feel those who administer these tests have seen hundreds if not thousands of patients. Ultimately someone else reads the results and makes the diagnosis.
