Does anyone have a solution to help manage Reclast side effects?

Yes, I go to physical therapy weekly and do my best to follow his recommendation. Some I cannot do because it makes it worse! I do find if I try to take a low key day my arms are worse at night; Tylenol don’t seem to help at all. I do hope that as time passes that the my body overcomes the Reclast. Never again will I allow another infusion!

Same here! I cannot take Advil and Tylenol does nothing. Gabapentin helps sometimes to sleep for a few hours. Going to see a Sports Medicine doctor as follow up. However, this has significantlly impacted my life.

Have you taken any other meds for osteoporosis other than the Reclast? That one infusion is the only drug I have had so I’m not familiar with any others that work and their side effects.
