Does anyone have a solution to help manage Reclast side effects?

Are you able to take Tylenol or something for relief? Do you do any exercises? I am trying to. My GP thought I could have tendinitis in this arm. He obviously knows nothing about Reclast so he gave me some exercises to do and I go to my senior center once a week and do what I can in my classes. And I think it helps.

Yes, I go to physical therapy weekly and do my best to follow his recommendation. Some I cannot do because it makes it worse! I do find if I try to take a low key day my arms are worse at night; Tylenol don’t seem to help at all. I do hope that as time passes that the my body overcomes the Reclast. Never again will I allow another infusion!
