Ischial tuberosity/ bursitis (sit bone) pain
Anyone found effective treatments for this pain aggravated by sitting and prolonged standing? Tried shockwave, injections, acupuncture, dry needling,
PT, etc.

I have had steroid injections in my bursa, and also in my back with no relief. I had a lumbar Radio frequency, ablation, which helped for two months, the first time, but not at all the second time. Now, my doctor is looking at the mild procedure. If you have had that for ischial, tuberosity pain, I would like to hear about your results. I only have pain when I sit.
The only thing that has helped me is a blowup donut, Blown up to about 1/4 full. When the pain is bad nothing helps.
I have been dealing with this for four years. I have had injections, lumbar RFA’s, and nothing seems to help now. I have A problem only when I sit. Cannot sit for more than an hour. My doctor has suggested a minimally invasive lumbar. (Mild procedure). Has anyone had this procedure for sit bone pain? I am fortunate that walking doesn’t bother me.
