then why dont the neurologists tell you that these internal tremors are a common symptom of pd. i supposedly had the best from bjc st. louis and the neuro said nothing and put me on cd/ld and it did nothing. after over 3 1/2 yrs of suffering the drs still have no answer 4 neuros, 1 rheum, 1 pcp and lots of er visits they have found nothing.
