15 years ago I started my treatment for stage 2 triple positive invasive ductal carcinoma with lobular features...mastectomy, chemo, radiation, Herceptin and prophylactic mastectomy for the other breast at my request. My margins were not clear and there was some involvement of the nodes. Nevertheless I have been well with no evidence of recurrence...always a watchful eye for recurrence though.
