@colletteb Where do you live where you cannot get a primary Care Physician? Do you have any insurance or are you able to get Medicaid? There is supposed to be a doctor coordinating your care. How old are you now? What kind of medical records system does your clinic/hospital have? Visiting with the Clinic Administration would be a good place to start to restore your faith in the Medical profession.

I live in British Columbia, I have coverage for prescriptions. I moved to BC from Alberta ten years ago. My family doctor was in Alberta but their office has since closed. When I had my hysterectomy I was 40. Now I'm going on 50. Honestly, in my 30s I was in so much pain I didn't think I'd live to be 50. Having trouble getting my medical records from Alberta because they apparently only hold them for 7-10 years. What is a clinic administration?
