Hello @spower112000liverpoo, I take magnesium as one of the supplements for neuropathy and I have on occasion tried tart cherry juice but not on a regular basis. @dadcue posted this reference in a discussion in the PMR group that mentions tart cherry juice has some health benefits.

-- Effects of Tart Cherry Juice on Biomarkers of Inflammation and Oxidative Stress in Older Adults
https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC6413159/
I also found this research from 2015 that mentions it might be helpful for neuropathy.
-- Tart Cherry Juice as a Treatment for Peripheral Neuropathy
https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC4566454/
So, I may try adding it to my daily regimen very soon. Thanks for posting this discussion!

This "research" was a poster session in a conference. As a former professor who assisted with poster session reviews I can say with full confidence that this type of abstract has poor peer review for its research relevance. Many of such poster sessions were/are methods to allow "researchers" to present at a conference and thereby claim funding assistance by their organization to attend the conference. Don't put much faith in this type of abstract.

Let me know if it helps you!:)
