Tylenol eight hour arthritis pills for joint pain?

I have osteoarthritis in both shoulders and have trouble finding a comfortable sleeping position. I have started taking two 8 hour Tylenol tablets every night at bedtime and it seems very helpful. I'm wondering whether I can continue taking that amount of Tylenol indefinitely as my arthritic shoulders are unlikely to improve. Otherwise, I don't take Tylenol, ibuprofen or NSAIDs except very occasionally.

You might want to look into Tylenol for ARTHRITIS….also 8 hour. Only had to take 1, and recommended by my Rheumatologist

I take 2 8 hr Tylenol on a daily basis, sometimes at night, often in the early morning. Find it very helpful & as far as I have been told it is not harmful.
