How are you doing now? I have the exact same issue except that my hip pain was present before my Achilles rupture. I have an MRI order so we will see what that says. This Achilles surgery was very rough on my body and a harder recovery than I thought. Not the Achilles itself though just the effects on my body. I'm hoping I don't need a hip surgery as well

I received the shot but I don't really thing it did much. It was hard to tell because as soon as I finished the PT for my ankle tendon repair it got better. Plus good sneakers and not having the boot. I am sure one day I will need a hip replacement but for now I walk at least a mile per day on even flat surfaces. I walked fast uphill about a month ago and it acted up and after a week it calmed down as I did not walk until it calmed down,
