My thought is to call NJH may be there is a cancelation. Call your ambasssador and leave a message how bad you are and that you cannot get help locally. May be may be just try

Thank you so much for your concern. I actually did request a cancellation slot if it comes up. In the mean time I am concentrating on lung clearance & taking things very slowly to reduce any more stress on my body.
