The enucleation was performed in March 2024, without any other type of treatment. My wife's tumor was functional, it secreted ACTH, which caused, in addition to the cancer itself, ectopic Cushing's syndrome. Since the tumor was removed, my wife has returned to normal. Obviously, she needs regular checkups, every 3 months for the first year, now every 6 months, CT scans, MRIs, and a PET CT scan with gallium 68.
