16 months out on my right knee, 18 days on my left. Hard to remember now while I'm in the middle of my second one, but hands down the best thing I ever did for my knee arthritis which I've had for over 20 years. I was back to hiking after my first, and now with the second I can't wait to have to brand new knees. It is an amazing surgery but one of the most painful things I have gone through. There is light at the end of the tunnel. Hang in there! I am an RN and started back to work at 3 months. By six months it was incredible, and by a year, wow, felt like my own knee. Trust the process!

Fantastic news and it brings me hope. First knee done in January. Second knee is 8 weeks post-op. Got pushed to 132 this week in PT. Extension is still 5 off though and it seems like it just refuses to straighten out no matter hard we work at it. Doc wants to manipulate and only wants to give me two more weeks to get it to where it needs to be. Ugh!
