Hi! Are u male or female? Perimenopause can cause recurring UTIs, could discuss hormone treatment with doc. Have cultures been done? Is it always the same bacteria or does it change? Reinfection is different than recurrence and should be differentiated by your doctor. If you have no symptoms, what is prompting testing? Has your doctor screened you for medical conditions that cause recurring UTIs such as diabetes?

I'm a female and long past perimenopause. And yes to all your questions. But thank you for your response.
