Greetings Elizabeth, thanks (again) for the follow up and additional information. After much discussion and continued research, I am now in the process of tapering off three meds with the intention of starting [one] Cymbalta to replace them. I hope my body thanks me and that it responds with ease (and efficacy). Your feedback gives me hope and lessens the anxiety about this med. I hope it helps me like it has you! I am so pleased you are managing your medications so well and making informed decisions with your physician. I was thrilled to get off Gabapantin, Lyrica, Oxycodone and others and having Cymbalta to help with the anxiety and pain. I no longer have the serious brain fog issues or other side effects as I did with the stronger meds. What a great step forward when my doctor and I worked to taper me off these drugs. I am so pleased Cymbalta works for me and expect to continue taking it for as long as I need. Blessings, ess
