I appreciate your comment and suggention to revist cal supplementation. Yes reducing calcium supplementation to reduce High urine cal is controversarail and there are many different causes for High urine cal. First - I have no propensity for kidney stones so that is not an issue and the kidneys work well.
1) I had super high VIt D ( 92) - which excerabeated the hypercalciuria condition. TO help, I detoxed the VIt D and now balance VIt D intake with Vit K. 2) I drank water from a water softener that used salt as a conditioner. Softened Water was all I drink - all I cooked in - all I bathed in. Drinking bottled water ( to reduce salt exposure) was a big help. This I found our accidently. If anyone drinks softened water be alert for this being a contributing factor to osteo. 3) I have vasular fragility and calcium supplementation no mater what the source can cause vasular issues - ie vein bursting in fingers and toes. I have tried many different types of calcium supplements and most cause problems. I continue to research and try different sources.
