Of course. It is to be expected at least for the first two weeks off. Just do as much as you can and don't skip stretching after you exercise. And it is really easy to get dehydrated and have it feel like dizzy. Cheers
When switching amounts of medication like prednisone or any other medication your body needs to adjust to the new amount I believe it can’t hurt to go very slow with exercise when you first switch to a different dose level so you give your body a chance to get used to that new level and I would go very slow give your body a chance to adjusts to the new does.Again everybody reacts so differently to medication switches to medication‘s. basically my main point is when you would change your medication amount of medication give your body a chance to adjust to it and when you do exercise go very slowly in the beginning and see how your body reacts to the exercise can’t hurt. My best wishes to you going forward!!!
I had exercise intolerance when I was on Prednisone and more Prednisone didn't help. Prednisone saturated my cortisol receptors so it was the law of diminishing returns.
When I tapered off Prednisone there was still a problem with my cortisol level. Cortisol was not being produced in adequate amounts for the task at hand. Cortisol regulates how energy is stored and utilized particularly in response to stress. Think of a small hill as a type of stress that requires more energy.
