Definitely experiencing the phlegm and nose leak. I refer to it as my Long Covid nose. I know allergy meds would help dry up the drip, but I do not plan on taking meds to address. ( I have 50+ symptoms and do not want to go down the medication rabbit hole of taking different meds for each symptom.) A woman in another LC group had the same LC nose issue and tried a nasal rinse - the kind that can go with a Navage device. She said the rinse almost completely fixed the issue. I plan to try it on one of less fatigued days when I have some space in my energy window. I have a Navage device, too. We'll see.....

I’ve been using nasal rinses for 3 yrs of long COVID. Very temporary relief. Sleep disturbed several times each night. Seen by 5 ENTs. 2 procedures Rhinaer and turbinate reduction. I do not recommend either bc they didn’t help. Less mucus some days, much more other days. No meds help. Told to have another CT scan of sinuses. I don’t see the point since first showed nothing. This ENT grasping at straws. Guess I’ll have to continue living with this. Very frustrating disappointing prospect.
