All true and correct. I read numerous articles and have done alot of other research. I’m so sorry to have posted. Thank you for taking the time to respond. I will go back to my “lurking”.

Don't be sorry! I was glad to see someone else doing essential oils. I know sites you can get kicked off of for even mentioning them! If I can, I will send you a screen shot of the research I found and the oils they tested. I use the first 3. I initially started out with just immunity blends and breathe ones. Like you, my cough cleared up significantly. I'm not saying I'm cured because I'm not. I am just asymptomatic and my scans have been "essentially resolved" except for the bronchial thickening. Ironic wording because of essential oils!

Please don't be sorry or stop posting! This was a very good topic to bring forward- many people wonder about it.
Others may be willing to try nebulized essential oils - introducing stuff into my lungs is just beyond my comfort zone. But there is definitely a place and time to consider using them.
