Thank you all for finding the time to write and helping me with the preparations < 3.

I really appreciate that you went into details since those seemingly small and trivial facts are actually the ones that help me get the gist 😉 . When things are out of control having at least small control over logistics means a lot.

I am still totally incontinent 10 months after surgery. I alternate between Depend and Prevail briefs just so I don’t develop “tread marks” on my legs. They’re very similar products and generally don’t leak. I use Tena pads also. Tena briefs are quite good, but they have fewer sizes and none worked for me. Night time requires reinforcements. I have a NorthShore washable pad on the bed. And I use NorthShore tab style briefs to get through the night. That’s what’s working in my situation. Good luck!

Definitely all good comments. I did the kegel exercises over and over again before mine and was very fortunate to have good luck post-operation.
