I really appreciate that you went into details since those seemingly small and trivial facts are actually the ones that help me get the gist đ . When things are out of control having at least small control over logistics means a lot.

Definitely all good comments. I did the kegel exercises over and over again before mine and was very fortunate to have good luck post-operation.

I am still totally incontinent 10 months after surgery. I alternate between Depend and Prevail briefs just so I donât develop âtread marksâ on my legs. Theyâre very similar products and generally donât leak. I use Tena pads also. Tena briefs are quite good, but they have fewer sizes and none worked for me. Night time requires reinforcements. I have a NorthShore washable pad on the bed. And I use NorthShore tab style briefs to get through the night. Thatâs whatâs working in my situation. Good luck!
