I use O2 for exertion, sleep and altitudes. I use nebulizer for 3% saline and aerobika when I have mucus. None of my current Rx require a nebulizer.
My big issue is remembering to take Trelegy carefully so it doesn’t cause me to cough it out. I’m usually pretty successful but admit I have to be very deliberate in taking it and holding my breath for 10 seconds or so afterwards.

Sounds like you are doing pretty well… my husband is on Trelegy..nebulizer, 24/7 oxygen….mucus and dry mouth are always a problem …. noticeable phlegm with dairy products…he did see ENT to make sure the phlegm wasn’t something else… seems like it’s just part of COPD… I have noticed that the cough is the key… Anytime he starts to cough. I bring him in to the doctor.. this way, I can get him on antibiotics quickly and we can address the exacerbation early on… while steroids help… To get off of them is something else. Good luck to you… Sounds like you are on top of things.
