I was in a similar situation in 2023. In fact, just learned from my nephrologist today, that I was really at stage 5 back then. Today, I'm happy to report I'm at 3b. I felt exhausted back then, my body ached, my joints ached, loss of appetite, nausea most of the time, short of breath. My creatinine levels were around 6. I ended up in the hospital for 4 days. Blood pressure was causing damage to kidneys, urine was backing up into my kidneys, possible infection. I was taking aspirin and ibuprofen for migraines, causing add'l damage to my kidneys. Now, through management of BP, eating kidney friendly foods, reducing my protein intake and getting exercise (walking 1-2 miles, golfing, biking) - I'm feeling really good. So, you do need to be seen by a doctor, likely a nephrologist too. Once they figure out the cause of your situation, understand, it may take 6 months for your body to recover. And after a year, by catching and treating the condition, you can feel great again. There is hope!!!
This is probably best news I have heard in a serious longtime I have been in such a dark place you have made me feel I got a chance to live because I really felt it was all over for me I will get a new nephrologist immediately and hopefully turn myself around because I hate where im at right now my body numbs just everything feels alienating to me the swelling and bloating is terrible my stomach burns like theres a tear nothing feels like me my legs arms go so numb I can stick needle in and dont feel it im just scared I want my life back 😢
