How is your balance? Are you dizzy at all?

Just brainstorming here. I recently had a bout of vertigo that left me extremely nauseated. A vestibular physical therapist helped me greatly. If you feel your balance is good and you aren’t at all dizzy, this would be of no use.

Best wishes to you.

Mine turned out to be emotional related. I internalize a lot of bad emotions. Once I got back on my antidepressants I was much better. Just my experience. Hope you feel better soon! I lost 32 pounds during mine

My GI doc ordered ondansetron (generic for Zofran) for my daily nausea. Mine stems from GI issues and it is worse in the morning because of bile reflux. Maybe you could pinpoint nauseous times of day, foods you’ve eaten, activities you’ve been doing to help figure out why?
Best of health to you 🙏🏼
