Yes, I continue to use it. It is still the best working thing I have found. I buy in bulk to get a better price, and just bought the roll-on version to travel with too and took it with me on a trip to Europe recently and it helped immensely.

I would ask your primary physician, podiatrist & neurologist. Back in the day when I had neuropathy pain I got a list of shoes from my podiatrist and then went to the shoe store, but tried on other shoes besides what he had on his list.
