Are you on a nebulizer? Oxygen? Certain dairy products (ice cream) can be a big phlegm producer… sorry to hear you have to go to the hospital so much.

I am on oxygen I like ice cream once in a while, but I don’t have very much or dairy products Any other Ted Betts you can help me with I do eat cheese. I guess that is a dairy product isn’t it might have to cut that out.
