Sorry, I didn't mean to be snarky - you asked "what now?" If I want an explanation of test results, or what the next step is, I usually ask the doc.
Reading more closely, I think this is a preliminary report from the biopsy, and it has been submitted for more study. There is nothing diagnostic in the text you included - if you don't hear from the doc in 7-10 days (typical turnaround plus allowance for the holiday) - I would give them a call.
As I have learned over and over, in the case of biopsies, "No news is usually good news" - if there is a concern, you are most often called to make an appointment as soon as available.

I don't think the comment was meant to be snarky but more of a have you talked with your doctor about the results.
No doctors here and us patients can only share our similar experiences and I think we need to leave interpreting test results to the doctors and specialists involved with the testing. Just my humble opinion. 🙃
