Have she tried to drink Boost or Ensure. Creon help me alot when I was first diagnosed. Just make sure you try to stay away from foods that have alot of fat in them which is kinda hard in it's self because you don't realize that there is fats in alot of things. I had to sleep in a recliner with heating pad to get any comfort. But gummies also helped didn't find them until later. The best thing is to stay positive! There is all kinds of new medicine coming out every day you never know what one may help you. I had the same things as your wife has had done in the small amount of time also. In fact I had port put in and 3 days later chemo. After chemo was done I had a break and started 28 days of radiation while taking a chemo pill. Had another break and then had the Whipple surgery. While I was open the hit me with IORT radiation. I thought that everything was going to be find because it was stage 1 when we found it and my team gave me a good outlook. At my 3 month check up had a CT scan pancreas was good but it had went to my liver. So started chemo again different regiment and then I got into a clinical trial and the clinical trial Doctor said to get off the chemo I was doing wasn't helping at all other than made me lose my hair. I am now on a clinical trial which I found out I have a rare mutation Kras Q 61. First scan after 6 weeks showed 2 tumors have grown. Had another liver biopsy 3rd one this year can't count how many CT scan I have had. He is trying to figure out what to do next. I feel great but I have a very positive attitude that I am going to beat this . My clinical trial Doctor went to a conference in Chicago I think it was a couple of months ago and said that they are coming out with new trials all the time so hopefully can try something else or maybe being on this one a little longer it will kick in and start working. Tell her to stay positive and don't give up it's not your time until the big man says. Wishing you and your wife the best!

Thank you for the great note. We are always hopeful that we will find something new to help combat this miserable disease. We just started chemo last week, side effects were about as expected..
We have tried those drinks but are too sweet tasting for her. It makes it difficult to get her tro eat that type of high / protein drink..
very good to hear your pain levels are low. Best of luck and hopeful thoughts and prayers going your way..
