I started Tymlos 6 months ago and have had no problems at the full dose other than heart palpitations twice until now.
Nausea begins close to my time of taking it. It started mildly and I now find the nausea difficult for hours into the night. I am unable to sleep for hours and feel miserable.
If this continues I will need to lower the dose and hope that helps.
My thanks to all who share, without you, I would not know of the option to lower the dose. Any other suggestions for me?

Do you take it at night?

I am 9mths in with Tymlos. What I have noticed for me is that it is a very shifty drug. I have notices that effects shift around. For some time, I had major knee aches, that luckily has paused. Then ankle issues. I too had nausea as well. It all moves and shifts. For a while, my shins felt like they were on fire, burning through my skin. Luckily, knock on wood, this has stopped. It's crazy how issues move around my body. Good luck!
