Sorry that your family is not supportive of you and your aches and pains. Did you have any imaging done yet? Did you injure yourself somehow leading up to this recent pain exacerbation?

thank you. I think we are looking at a weight lifting program that was for cancer survivors in the fall months. I deadlifted 130 pounds and other things probably caused compression on my lower back so ugh.
