Konna- Like the Coffee? ...man ! I like that Kona Gold coffee from Hawaii ! With your PSA bouncing around . How old are you ? Any other health problems? What was your PSA before surgery ... and Gleason AFTER operation ? Its kind of strange that after 10 years you get a little bounce like this... but certainly not unheard of . I would maybe get a PSA every 3 months instead of 6 , just to get more data points while its bouncing about. Jeff makes a good point in the in some cases PC source stops or does not produce much PSA at all - these are usually super aggressive too . Something to be aware of , but not likely and its rare statistically. For some reason you have some activation of healthy or infected cells( they can be either or ) , sometimes healthy cells will push out a small amount of PSA ( Dr's feel this is my Case where I always have 0.030-0.042 in the back ground) . I have had radiation , 22 sessions and no ADT 3 years after prostatectomy .... as my PSA snuck up every so slowly to 0.14 . Then I hammered it with 22 sessions of External Beam Radiation . I am 62 now , 5 years ago I had operation. Did you ever get EBRT to pelvic. region? How many sessions ? Any other PC procedures you have had ? Let us know Sir ...God Bless !

It was Gleason 3+3=6. Post-RP pathology showed T2a, with negative surgical margins and non-invasive. I haven't received any treatment other than RP. I am 74 years old and have no other diseases. I largely follow a Mediterranean diet. For many years, I have been walking an average of 2-3 hours daily. Thank you very much for the valuable information you provided."
