@ ef0300. Dang, I’m sorry you’re going through that! That’s awful. All I can stress is the importance of 2nd, 3rd, 4th opinions. Some doctors know a little and others experts with a lot of experience in these different areas. Have you tried Mayo? They are excellent and will get you a team of doctors in different specialties to help you. I went to 3 different neurosurgeons before settling on one and I had very mild symptoms. I’m wishing you the best!

YES! YES! YES! Let me tell you from experience of fighting and advocating for myself -it was draining but one thing I tell people is they may where a white coat and have a degree, but they do NOT know your body like you do! LSU in Shreveport is known for good trauma Dr's DR. The ball was dropped on me. I had a scan 60 day before mine was found that said "remarkable" Someone either didn't know how to read scans, didn't care... Idk but go get that 2nd opinion and keep going until YOU are satisfied w treatment plan!
