I live in LA. They sell salmon bone at supermarket. I put the bone in pressure cooker for two hours to soften them. I eat the bone once a day, just a little bit, along with vịt D+K (low dose) I will know if it helps by my next Dexa scan. Just try to ward off the side effects of AIs. Not sure if it works! One thing I know for sure is that calcium supplements caused my UTI twice. The article confirms my suspicion. For some it’s probably ok.
