generalizations about PN and different treatment attempts seem to be very common among forum participants. This is so funny when you get right down to it. To say one treatment modality doesn't work is generalizing. Like saying B12 is useless. One must ask how much B12, what type of B12, who confirms that the product is everything that is advertised about the product is true. People who try to sell something don't lie do they? It is time for people to quit generalizing about things. To say something doesn't work is a bit immature. One needs to describe why one found that it didn't work for them. Answer questions like what, how much, how often and then say their opinion about the product. Just my 2 cents. General comments can't help much!

@snagydude
and on the topic of B12, shouldn't you work with your practitioner to check your level to be sure that you need to supplement, otherwise you may end up doing more harm than good?

@snagydude i get B12 shots every 2 weeks and take the under the tongue tablet every night. NADA. My BFF asked which B12 vax I'd been getting. Apparently there are several different B12 vax, some are synthetic others not. some people have difficulty absorbing one type and not the other type which was me.
Sometimes you have to look deeper into wild blood levels with the supplements are remaining where they are. Apparently, they're not being absorbed properly into your bloodstream.
It's no different than people who take antidepressants.Some people just don't naturally produce enough dopamine to be happy.While others produce abundant amounts, it doesn't mean one thing works.And one doesn't, everybody's body, chemistry is different from what works for you might not work for me,and vice versa
